Totally Vapour

Totally Vapour, a Birmingham vape retailer with a Solihull branch

Totally Vapour Limited operates as a vape shop and online retailer from its base at 76a Wharfdale Road in Tyseley, Birmingham. The company presents itself as a UK supplier of a full range of electronic cigarette starter and advanced kits and UK e-liquids, and backs that catalogue with what it describes as expert knowledge. A second physical store is listed at 119 Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull.

The business runs both a walk-in shop and an e-commerce site, and it applies an age gate: purchases require the buyer to be 18 or older, and orders placed by anyone below that age are cancelled immediately.

Devices and hardware in the catalogue

The product range is organised around the main categories of vaping hardware. Under devices, the shop separates advanced vape kits, pod vape kits, starter vape kits and mods, and it also lists big puff vapes. Consumable and maintenance parts sit in a dedicated coils and pods section, split into coils and pods, alongside tanks divided into regular tanks and sub-ohm tanks.

Accessories cover batteries and chargers, cotton and wires, drip tips and replacement glass. The catalogue also includes nicotine pouches and an IQOS line with ILUMA devices, TEREA and TEREA multipacks.

E-liquids and DIY mixing

E-liquid is a central part of the offer, with nicotine salt e-liquids and shortfill e-liquids presented as separate ranges. For customers who prefer to blend their own, the shop stocks mixing supplies: flavoured concentrates, PG and VG, nic shots, and bottles and syringes. An online e-liquid mixing calculator supports that DIY side of the business, and the site promotes a Mix Bar concept for creating custom flavours.

Beyond single products, the shop groups bundle deals and multipacks, maintains a nicotine-free section, and runs a sale and clearance area. A newsletter sign-up is advertised with a 10% discount coupon code.

Delivery and customer contact

Orders over £35.00 qualify for free 48-hour tracked delivery, according to the site. The company states that its telephone lines are closed at weekends and on bank holidays, while email and a support chat continue to be monitored during those periods for urgent messages.

The site also carries a wholesale application route, alongside pages for warranty and product returns, shipping information, age verification and terms and conditions.

Guides and editorial content

Totally Vapour publishes a blog of vape guides and news. Recent entries at the time of writing included a beginner's guide to DIY e-liquid mixing, several pieces on the cost of vaping after the 2026 duty, a nicotine-free vape guide, an explanation of how many puffs equal a cigarette, troubleshooting articles on burnt taste and devices not working after charging, and a review of the OXVA Unione pod system.
