Kings House Clearance: property clearance across Berkhamsted and the surrounding area

Kings House Clearance is a family-run team of professionals handling house clearance needs for all types of property. The company provides full or partial clearances and operates across Berkhamsted, Chesham, Amersham, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans and surrounding areas. Its stated aim is to recycle 95% of the waste it collects and, where possible, to contribute to local charities through donations.

Clearance services offered

The service range covers complete or partial house clearances, single-item clearance, bereavement house clearance, probate house clearance, hoarding disorder clearance, waste removal, garage clearance, loft clearance and garden clearance. The company presents itself as able to handle both a full property clearance following a bereavement and the removal of specific items.

Bereavement and probate support

Kings House Clearance addresses situations where a family loss leaves the task of clearing a property uncertain, and offers to assist at every step of the probate house clearance process. In hoarding disorder situations, the team describes its approach as providing compassionate support.

Disposal, licensing and environmental commitments

The company states that it is fully insured and licensed, and that it disposes of everything responsibly. It cites concerns about fly-tipping and unlicensed dumping as the reason for emphasising this point. Its Environment Agency registration number is given as CBDU503574. On the environmental side, the company says it does its utmost to recycle 100% of the items it clears, with a stated goal of recycling 95% of collected waste, and it works with donation partners so that unwanted furniture can be reused.

Kings House Clearance offers a free, no-obligation quotation and states that it provides transparent pricing along with honest, expert and friendly advice. Experience and team

The company describes its team as having a 10-year track record in the house clearance industry and as taking pride in delivering personalised services to each client.
