Coal Online Direct

Solid fuels delivered by pallet

Coal Online Direct sells solid fuel for delivery across Ireland. Its website features coal, smokeless fuel and kiln-dried firewood, with orders placed through an online shop. The company describes deliveries of selected solid fuels on one-tonne pallets, typically made up of fifty 20 kg bags. Product availability and the contents of a pallet should be checked on the individual listing before ordering.

Online ordering and delivery

Customers select a product, enter their contact details and pay through the site. Deliveries are made by courier, so the buyer should confirm that the delivery address is accessible for a pallet and check the current delivery arrangements for that location. The site has a separate delivery information section and publishes customer notices when courier circumstances affect delivery times.

Contact and product suitability

The listed contact address is Old Customs Post on Lough Shore Road in Belleek, County Fermanagh. Customers can send an enquiry through the contact form, by email or by telephone. Before purchasing, it is sensible to check the fuel specification against the appliance manufacturer’s instructions and any local restrictions on fuel use. The product page and delivery terms provide the current details for an order.
