Euronics

Euronics: electrical retail through local dealers

Euronics is a UK electrical retail operation whose online catalogue covers home appliances and consumer electronics. The site is organised around a "Buy Local" model: shoppers enter a postcode to see stock, pricing and delivery information from their nearest Euronics dealer, and the range shown is tied to that local offer.

The Rickmores Electrical page is one of these local dealer storefronts within the Euronics network, presenting the same catalogue under the Rickmores Electrical name.

The catalogue is divided into broad departments, each with detailed subcategories:

The site lists a broad brand selection across categories. Among the popular brands highlighted are Avtex, Comfee, Denon, JVC, Loewe, Midea, Ninebot, Sanus, Statesman, TP-LINK, Toshiba, Tower, Vispera, Vivanco and White Knight. Services and purchase conditions

Euronics presents several service commitments alongside the product catalogue: a price check promise, hand-picked products, flexible delivery and expert advice, together with local service through its dealer network. The site also advertises free removal and recycling on selected Haier products.

Delivery and installation, returns and cancellations, and after-sales support are handled as separate customer service areas. The company states that it acts as a credit broker rather than a lender, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (reference 987100), and that it introduces customers exclusively to PayPal Credit finance products provided by PayPal UK Ltd. Credit is available only to UK residents aged 18 and over, subject to status.

IndieCare monthly protection policies are provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC, registered in England and Wales (company number 485850), with its registered office at Swan Court, 11 Worple Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 4JS. Domestic & General is described as the underwriter of the insurance rather than an intermediary.

Local dealer model

The postcode-based system is central to how Euronics sells: entering a postcode returns accurate local prices, better stock availability and more precise delivery information, and points shoppers to nearby stores. Where no agent covers a given postcode, the site indicates that the agent cannot deliver to that area.
