Aurum Alarms Fire and Security

Aurum Alarms Fire and Security: intruder, fire and CCTV systems in Wiltshire

Aurum Alarms Fire and Security Limited is an independent specialist in fire and intruder alarm systems, CCTV and integrated home automation. The company states that it has protected homes and businesses in Salisbury, Wiltshire and Hampshire for decades, and presents its skilled team and industry experience as the basis of its work. Its activity covers installation, upgrading and maintenance of security systems, both for domestic and commercial premises.

Systems installed and maintained

The service catalogue is organised around four core lines, which the company also combines into fully integrated security systems:

• Intruder alarms, including the modernisation of existing installations.
• CCTV installation.
• Fire detection and fire alarm systems.
• Home automation.

Beyond new installations, the company carries out maintenance servicing and additional works on these systems, and offers proactive remedial works for faults on existing installations even when the original system was not installed by Aurum Alarms.

Domestic and commercial work

Aurum Alarms addresses both private homes and business premises. Two projects illustrate the scope described on its site. In Salisbury, the company expanded an existing intruder system to add CCTV and a video doorbell, all managed through a single app. For a commercial client with a large site in Wiltshire whose facilities were spread over a kilometre, it installed a CCTV system covering the entire site.

Quotations and customer feedback

The company offers a free, no-obligation quotation service for any works required. The material available includes two customer testimonials: one describes the installation of a CCTV and alarm system, praising the fitters as polite, friendly and professional and noting that the job was completed on time and the house left clean; the other describes the replacement of a faulty alarm carried out on the spot, with prompt answers to questions and what the customer considered reasonable pricing.
