RELX Dubai

RELX Dubai: online vape retail from Business Bay

RELX Dubai is an online vape store based in Business Bay, Dubai, that presents itself as an official RELX retailer for the UAE. Its catalogue combines RELX closed-pod devices and prefilled pods with IQOS ILUMA heat-not-burn hardware, TEREA sticks and Waka disposable vapes. The store states that it sources products directly from RELX and authorised IQOS distributors and that items arrive sealed and traceable, with QR code verification on RELX pods and manufacturer traceability on IQOS devices.

RELX hardware: Essential, Infinity 2 and Artisan

The device range covers three tiers. RELX Essential is described as the simplest entry point, a slim draw-activated model with no settings to manage. RELX Infinity 2 is presented as the flagship, with three power modes (Eco, Smooth and Boost), a 440 mAh battery, USB-C charging that reaches 80% in about 15 minutes and a SmartPace Alert for session awareness. RELX Artisan is positioned as the premium option, with a leather or metal exterior. All three use a closed-pod system with magnetic pod attachment and FEELM ceramic coil technology, according to the store.

Pods and flavour profiles

The pod selection is organised around RELX Pod Pro at 18 mg and RELX Pod Pro 2 at 3% and 5% nicotine. The catalogue groups 17 Pod Pro references, 48 Pod Pro 2 references, 8 Artisan pods, 15 Pod Pro 18 mg references and 41 Pod Pro 2 3% references, among other categories. Flavours named on the site include fruit and icy options such as Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Watermelon, Mango, Cherry, Lychee Ice and Green Grape Ice; tobacco profiles such as Lush Tobacco and American Blend Tobacco; menthol variants including Menthol Plus and Mint; a shisha-inspired Double Apple; and tea or drink-inspired blends such as Jasmine Green Tea, Lemon Ice Tea and Dark Sparkle.

IQOS ILUMA and TEREA sticks

Alongside RELX, the store carries the IQOS ILUMA i series, including the Standard, One and Prime formats, with features such as a touch screen, Pause Mode and FlexPuff technology. TEREA sticks are stocked in three origins: Japan, Indonesia and Kazakhstan. The site characterises the Japanese range as the broadest and most balanced, the Indonesian range as more aromatic and the Kazakh range as fuller-bodied.

Disposables and other lines

The disposable segment includes Waka devices, among them the SoPro 20000 Puffs and SoPro 10000 Puffs models, presented as pre-filled units that need no separate device or charging between uses. The catalogue also lists RELX Creator devices and pods, sold individually or as a device-and-pod combo, and RELX Ace.

Delivery, payment and stock

The store advertises delivery in one to two hours for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Fujairah and the remaining emirates. Free nationwide delivery applies to orders over AED 450, while the site's header mentions a threshold of AED 300; payment can be made in cash or by card on delivery without an extra charge. The catalogue indicated 278 products in stock and 1,156 five-star verified reviews at the time of writing this profile. The store also states that pods and TEREA sticks are kept away from heat and humidity before dispatch.
