FoneZone

FoneZone, an online store for refurbished iPhones and iPads in the UAE

FoneZone operates an online shop, fonezone.ae, focused on refurbished Apple devices. Its catalogue is built around certified renewed iPhones and iPads, and it extends to other phone brands, laptops and smartwatches. The store presents itself with free shipping, payment on delivery, easy returns and what it describes as 100% purchase protection.

The site carries a notice that, due to current geopolitical conditions in the UAE, shipping and service timelines may experience temporary delays.

Apple catalogue: iPhones and iPads

The iPhone range is the broadest part of the catalogue and spans many generations, from the iPhone 4s and 5 through the 6, 7, 8, X, XR, XS and XS Max, the 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 families, up to the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air. Several models are listed with storage and colour details, such as the iPhone 13 Pro 128GB in Alpine Green, the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB Silver in A Grade and the iPhone 14 Pro 256GB in Space Black rated Excellent.

The iPad section covers iPad, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro lines across multiple generations, including recent M-series Air and Pro models and older entries such as the iPad 2 and iPad Air 2. A separate iMac series lists desktop models from 2009 to 2014, including 21.5-inch and 27-inch Retina 5K versions.

Other phone brands and laptops

Beyond Apple, the store groups handsets by manufacturer:

• Samsung Galaxy S, Note, A, Z Fold and Z Flip series, plus Galaxy Tab tablets.
• Huawei and Honor models, with some Honor devices marked as brand new.
• Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, LG, Sony and Realme phones.
• Redmi and Poco phones under the deals section.

The laptop category includes Dell XPS and Precision models, HP ProBook, EliteBook and Chromebook lines, and Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad business machines. A smartwatch section lists Elista devices.

Services beyond retail

The site's navigation points to additional services: device repair, selling an old device, device rental, wholesale pricing, a partner programme and a contact channel labelled Ask To CEO. It also provides order tracking and a contact page.
