Homezy: whole-system AC cleaning in Dubai

Homezy is a Dubai-based cleaning company focused on air-conditioning systems rather than general domestic cleaning. Its stated premise is that most AC cleaning in the city stops at the grille, while the components that cause problems sit deeper inside the unit and ductwork. The company therefore structures its work around dismantling and treating the complete system: blower fan, coils, drain tray and drain pipes, filters, diffusers and the full duct run.

The service is aimed primarily at households in Dubai, with the company describing itself as built for the city's families. Camera-verified ductwork and equipment

A distinguishing element of the method is the roto-brush machine, which has an integrated camera and monitor. As the brush travels through the supply and return runs, the customer can watch the interior of their own ducts on screen before, during and after the clean. A high-power vacuum collects the material the brush lifts. Coils are treated with eco-friendly products and a high-pressure water pump, and disinfection is applied across the system with a cold ULV fogger using water-based products.

How a job is organised

The process begins with a quote requested by WhatsApp: the customer sends their area and the number of units, and the company says it usually returns a fixed, itemised price within the hour. On site, the three technicians inspect the system and then sheet and cover furniture and floors in the working area. The clean and sanitisation follow, after which the team clears up, hands over camera footage from inside the system and applies the service warranty.

Pricing is presented as transparent and line-itemised, with the cost stated before work begins rather than after. The company also states that it offers same-day slots across Dubai.

Warranty and after-service terms

Every job is described as carrying a 3-day service warranty, applied to all services rather than selected ones or on request, under which the company returns to correct anything that is not right. One customer testimonial reproduced on the site refers to a 7-day service warranty, which differs from the 3-day term stated elsewhere on the page.

The site also publishes a 5.0 rating based on 65 Google reviews as displayed at the time of collection, and includes individual customer accounts referring to before-and-after photographs, the camera monitor and the absence of surprise charges.

Recommended cleaning intervals

In its FAQ, Homezy suggests annual AC cleaning for most Dubai homes and every six months where there are pets, allergies, a newborn or heavy all-day use. It attributes the shorter interval to the heat and humidity of the local climate, which it says dampens duct dust faster than in cooler regions. It also notes that dirty coils and restricted ducts make a system run longer to reach the same temperature, which affects consumption.
