Kiti Panit
Lanna cooking in a historic Tha Phae house, included in Michelin's selection and suited to a dinner where the setting matters.
About Kiti Panit
Kiti Panit occupies a historic Tha Phae house and focuses on Lanna cooking. It broadens a food itinerary beyond a single noodle bowl: the menu encourages different dishes, moving through relishes, salads and curries.
Hung lay moo is a northern pork curry, while nam prik ong is a tomato relish served with vegetables. Fermented tea-leaf salad introduces another direction, and khao soi comes with chicken or stewed beef shank. These offer ways to build a varied meal without repeating the same preparation with another meat.
Side dishes include fern stir-fried with egg and white or brown sticky rice. Grilled caramelised mango with pandan-flavoured sticky rice is one dessert option. When budgeting, note that the menu adds a 10% service charge and 7% VAT to the listed prices.
