About Complete Savings
Complete Savings, an online cashback programme operated by Webloyalty Sàrl
Complete Savings is a membership-based cashback programme for people who shop online regularly. The service is presented as a kind of online shopping mall: members browse a catalogue of retailers, click through to a shop and make a purchase, and the corresponding cashback is processed and deposited into their bank account. The programme states that it works both on desktop and mobile and that the cashback is applied automatically.
The website is owned and operated by Webloyalty Sàrl, a limited company registered in Switzerland under number CHE-344.043.246, with registered address at Avenue Reverdil 8, 1260 Nyon. The copyright notice refers to Webloyalty.com Inc. and notes that Webloyalty and Webloyalty.com are registered trademarks of that company.
How the cashback works
The programme describes a four-step process: signing in to Complete Savings, choosing a retailer from a catalogue of more than 1000 online stores, making the purchase through that retailer and receiving cashback that can later be transferred to a bank account. The minimum cashback rate advertised is 10% on purchases with any of the programme's retailers, and the site notes that these offers are additional to any promotion the retailer may be running at the time.
Five ways members can get money back
- Welcome Reward: a cashback reward granted when joining Complete Savings.
- Monthly Bonus: extra cashback every month when shopping with one of the programme's retailers.
- 10% Online Cashback: a minimum of 10% cashback on purchases with any of the retailers in the programme.
- Voucher Codes: additional discounts that can be combined with at least 10% cashback on online purchases.
- In-store Cashback: shopping with a linked card to receive cashback automatically.
The site also refers to Gift Cards and eGifts as a benefit for members who had it included when they joined the programme, and to a Fitness Club section within the member area. Retailers, discounts and offers are described as frequently updated and subject to change.
Membership, trial and billing reference
Membership includes a free trial period and renews automatically for a monthly fee unless the member cancels before the trial ends. Charges appear on the bank statement under references such as WWW.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK or CB.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, among other variants listed on the site (WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, CASH.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, GO2.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, WEB.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, GOTO.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK and COMPLETESAVINGS.CO.UK).
Cancellation channels
The programme states that membership can be cancelled at any time and without giving a reason, through several channels:
- An online cancellation form on the billing descriptor page, which asks for the member's last name and the last four digits of the card; a second verification step requests the email address and postcode.
- By phone, on the customer service number.
- From the Profile page of the member's online account.
- By email to the customer service address.
- Through the chatbot available in the corner of the screen, providing email address and membership number.
- By downloading a cancellation form and sending it by post to Complete Savings, PO Box 5305, Lancing, BN11 9WD, or by email.
According to the site, once a cancellation request is received and matches the records, the last membership fee is refunded and a confirmation email is sent to the address associated with the account. Members can continue to use the service and its benefits until the end of the current contract period. Customer service confirms when the membership has been cancelled.
Customer service and account access
Members access their account by logging in with the email address and password used at sign-up, with a password reset option available. The site states that calls to the 0800 number are free from UK landlines and mobiles, that calls are handled by representatives operating from outside the UK, and that postal queries are collected in the UK and then forwarded to those representatives. The customer service section lists the email address and phone number, and notes that the published hours exclude bank holidays.
