Car hire on the Costa del Sol from Puerto de la Duquesa

The Super Zero Risk Pack included in every quote

According to the company, all prices shown on its website include what it calls the Super Zero Risk Pack, with no further charges before, during or after the rental. The elements it lists as part of that package are:

• Full accident, fire and theft insurance with no excess, plus an excess waiver where a 250 € excess would otherwise apply.
• Additional coverage for tyres, windows, side mirrors, wheel rims and locks.
• Up to four extra drivers at no cost.
• Child seat or booster seat.
• Unlimited mileage within the autonomous region of Andalusia, the only area where the company states its cars may be driven, together with Gibraltar.
• 24-hour tow truck service and a taxi to the destination after an accident or breakdown.
• Out-of-hours airport pick-up and drop-off for pre-booked cars.
• Free cancellation and handling of traffic fines, with the fine itself paid by the customer but without an added management fee.

The company also states that it does not charge a deposit, does not sell additional insurance at the counter because the car is already fully covered, and does not charge more than the price quoted online. The fuel policy is to return the car with the same level of fuel as at collection, normally a quarter tank.

Pick-up at Malaga airport and on the Gibraltar border

At Malaga airport the company offers a 24-hour personal service and works only with pre-booked rentals, using a meet-and-greet arrangement on arrival and departure. For Gibraltar, the car is handed over on the Spanish side of the border with a pick-up in La Línea de la Concepción, at the iPARK Puerta de Gibraltar car park, a few minutes' walk into Spain. The company states that if a flight is delayed or diverted to Malaga and passengers are bused to La Línea, the car will still be waiting after 20:00.
