Create the account and activate the club

The official page gives this sequence: create a BMSG SHOP account if needed, choose “become a member,” select a plan and payment method, accept the terms, and complete payment. Then install B with U and sign in with the same email and password used for BMSG SHOP. The portal recommends an inbox that reliably receives its messages; its FAQ notes that sign-up or password-reset emails can be filtered by some mobile email services. Check spam and allow the official sender before submitting the same request again.

The published annual fee is ¥6,000. Listed payment options are credit card and participating convenience stores. Convenience-store payment covers a full year, is not cancellable for a partial refund, and requires manual renewal each year. For card payment, the official FAQ says renewal is automatic after the membership month expires; members who do not want to continue must cancel beforehand in the account’s plan-management area. Deleting the app alone does not cancel the subscription.

Joining from outside Japan

BE:FIRST’s official guide confirms that overseas residents may join and that English-language support is available. It also requires a real name and phone number; minors need parental consent, and individual performances can set age limits. For members outside Japan, the fee can vary with exchange rates. Before paying, complete the BMSG account’s mailing address if physical items are expected and make sure the registered phone can receive required notices.

Ticket access means an application opportunity, not a guaranteed seat

BESTY lists benefits such as exclusive content, messages, a digital library and member card, merchandise, and the opportunity to apply during selected member ticket windows. Each concert sets its own schedule, allocation, companion details, and eligibility.
