Which Cleveland bars have big screens for Browns and Cavaliers games?

From the Flats East Bank waterfront to the East Fourth dining corridor, Cleveland offers big-game screens and extra ways to extend the evening.

In Cleveland, game night often moves between districts with distinct personalities. Flats East Bank faces the Cuyahoga River and clusters restaurants, patios and nightlife; East Fourth downtown links dining and entertainment within a few blocks of arenas and theatres. For Browns, Cavaliers, Guardians or college games, Hi 5 offers a riverfront setting and a central large-format screen; The Corner Alley combines UHD televisions with bowling and a spacious dining room. They suit different outings, though both are in greater downtown and the trip should be checked against the day’s event calendar.

Hi 5 is above Welcome to the Farm on Old River Road. The venue advertises a main game-day screen, televisions and broadcasts for NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, college football, international soccer, golf, tennis, racing and combat sports; it also invites guests to request a matchup that is not already on. Chef Raheem Sealey’s menu includes shareable brisket-stuffed egg rolls, smoked chicken wings, pulled-pork nachos, salads and bowls, alongside beer and cocktails. Friday and Saturday happy hour is listed from 5 to 7 p.m.; the website notes that hours may vary for private events.

Several miles east, The Corner Alley occupies East Fourth and offers dozens of UHD TVs, 16 bowling lanes, a patio and games such as shuffleboard, air hockey and foosball. Its published menu goes beyond fast bar snacks, with pizzas, burgers, tacos, salads, wings and shareable plates; a cheeseburger is listed at $15 and six wings with fries at $15. A visit can move from first pitch to a bowling game, with food available at the lanes. The venue lists valet and several nearby garages, but says they are independently operated and rates and hours vary. It also states that after 10 p.m. the venue is restricted to guests aged 21 and over.

Public transit can simplify a downtown visit, but check the specific station and any service changes: RTA publishes bus and rail maps, including the Waterfront Line serving the Flats East Bank area. East Fourth is in another part of downtown, so do not assume the two venues are a short walk from each other. For a Browns game, Hi 5 emphasizes its game-viewing area, sound and river views; for a group outing with food, drinks and activities, Corner Alley adds bowling, with separate lane and shoe-rental charges. For major matchups, reserve where possible and ask whether your game will have audio before travelling.
