Who are we?

SINECI S.A.C. is a Peruvian company with more than 20 years of experience, specialized in maintenance, engineering, sales, and installation of fire protection equipment and systems. We work under NTP, NFPA, and ISO standards, with certified personnel and complete documentation.

Main services

• Fire extinguishers: supply, installation, preventive maintenance, and certified refill (national and imported extinguishers with UL certifications, compliance with NTP and NFPA).
• Emergency lights: circuit design, installation of high-efficiency LED luminaires, and scheduled maintenance (90 minutes of autonomy, automatic activation).
• Signage and evacuation routes: design, manufacturing, and installation of photoluminescent signs certified ISO 3864, evacuation plans, and signage according to NTP, NFPA, INDECOPI, and Civil Defense standards.
• SACI pumps: design, installation, and maintenance of fire pump stations, including electric and diesel backup pumps, UL/FM control panels.
• DACI system: early detection and alarm with smoke, heat, and flame detectors, addressable central panel, manual stations, remote monitoring, and integration with suppression systems.
• Clean agents: suppression systems with FM-200 and NOVEC 1230 for protection of sensitive equipment (server rooms, control centers, laboratories, electrical rooms) without residues.
• Commercial kitchen systems: specialized protection with wet suppression, automatic temperature detection, compliance with NFPA 17A and NFPA 96.
• Training: certified training programs, drills, fire brigades, and theoretical-practical instruction.

Maintenance and certifications

We offer preventive and corrective plans, with 24/7 response. We have NTP-INDECOPI, NFPA, and ISO certifications, documentation, and audits. Additionally, we provide advice to choose the appropriate fire extinguisher according to your company's risk.
