Amazonian Tradition

At the beginning of the nineties, we decided to pay homage in Lima to the typical Amazonian food that accompanied us since childhood, sharing delicious ingredients, regional liqueurs, exotic fruits, and secret recipes from our grandmothers of Moyobambina roots, which today delight us in every dish we serve in our seven restaurants and which, over time, we have been blending with the typical food of other regions of our beautiful Peru.
