Costanera 700 is a Nikkei cuisine restaurant with over 30 years of experience, where Peruvian and Japanese gastronomy merge. It was created by Humberto Sato, passionate about cooking and inspired by his family heritage, who initially offered Creole food and added Japanese ingredients, achieving an original and unmistakable flavor that won over his diners.
