JJ METALES S.A.C. is a Peruvian company dedicated to the design and development of metal, with more than 13 years of experience in the metal-mechanical market. We provide high-quality services with state-of-the-art machinery, working with punctuality, quality, commitment and teamwork.

Services

• CNC Bending or Folding: Forming process in which there is no separation of material, performing plastic deformation to shape it around a given angle.
• CNC Laser Cutting: Laser technology for cutting holes and shapes, with programmable dimensions from a few thousandths of an inch to any required size.
• CNC Punching or Die Cutting: Process on stainless steel and LAF (Laminated Iron) for irregular shapes, engravings and special perforations.

Our Technology

We have state-of-the-art CNC machinery, capable of processing various materials with the following maximum thicknesses:

• CNC Punching Machine: Stainless Steel 5 mm, LAF 6 mm, LAC 6 mm.
• Cutting Machine: Black or galvanized sheet 6 mm, Steel 3 mm, Copper 6 mm.
• CNC Bending Machine: Steel, Galvanized, Aluminum, LAF, LAC and Copper up to 6 mm.
• CNC Laser Cutting Machine: Special steels 12.7 mm, Stainless Steel 25 mm, Bronze 10 mm, Aluminum 20 mm, Iron 25 mm, Copper 10 mm.
