Prestaclub is a company that provides legal and financial advisory services whose mission is to channel financing requests through Investment Funds.

What do we offer?

Requirements

• Own a property in Lima Metropolitana or Callao
• Be at most 70 years old
• Copy of the original literal issued by Public Records (not older than 30 days) or Certified Registral Real Estate (CRI)
• DNI of the applicant and property owner
• Self-assessment (HR and PU), provided by the district municipality
• Electricity bill
• Water bill
• If married, DNI of the spouse and marriage certificate

Disbursement process

• We verify the required documentation and schedule the property appraisal for the mortgage
• Disbursement in an average of 15 business days after submitting all documents, signing the contract in notary, and receiving your financing
