ACETESA - Steel and Roofs S.A.

ACETESA is a Peruvian company dedicated to the commercialization and production of steel, with over 23 years of experience in the sector. Founded in 1995, the company started its activities commercializing corrugated metal sheets and has expanded until becoming an important national brand. In 2002, it established its plant in the district of Chorrillos, and in 2015 moved the plant to Lurín and the offices to Calle Los Tulipanes 147, Santiago de Surco. In 2016, the Group Duferco acquired 100% of Acetesa's shares, making it a fully owned company of the Group Duferco.

History

The company was founded in 1995 by the Dyer Group, starting its operations commercializing corrugated metal sheets. With the economic growth of the time, it expanded its operations and in 2002 implemented its plant in the district of Chorrillos. In 2013, 75% of Acetesa's shares were acquired by the Swiss Group Duferco, an important steel group. In 2015, the plant was moved to Lurín and the offices to Santiago de Surco. In 2016, the Group Duferco acquired the remaining 25%, making Acetesa a 100% owned company of the Group Duferco.
