About Tech Trade

Tech Trade is an engineering company founded in 1994 and based in Peru, exporting to 20 countries around the world. We are a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, chemical, and metallurgical engineers with over 30 years of experience, committed to our clients and their operations. We are pioneers in design for the Peruvian paper industry, serving 98% of the local market for refiner discs. Our raw material is local and comes 90% from previously used materials, whether by ourselves, our clients, or third parties.

What We Offer

We design and manufacture wear parts and pieces for cellulose fiber treatment, as well as various machinery and equipment for the industry. We work to each client's specifications, following an analysis and specific diagnosis of their needs, improving the design of critical parts.

Paper industry: Complete or segmented refiner discs, disc holders and refiner accessories, parts and pieces for hydrapulpers (rotors, screens, discharge plates, discharge chambers, pulleys), parts and pieces for cellulose pulp pumps, and equipment modifications.
General industries: Various machinery and equipment, critical part design improvement, runners for hydroelectric turbines, nozzles for boilers in refractory steels, and other custom developments.

Laboratory Services

We have cellulose pulp and metallurgical laboratories. In the pulp laboratory, we evaluate fiber before, during, and after processing with state-of-the-art equipment. In the metallurgical laboratory, we design and develop alloys to maximize the lifespan of refiner discs and other wear parts.

International Presence

We have served more than 100 companies in 20 countries in the Americas and Europe, with notable presence in Peru (14), Mexico (24), Ecuador (9), Colombia (8), Argentina (8), Chile (2), Spain (2), and other countries such as Brazil, the United States, England, and Venezuela.

Our team is a multidisciplinary group with low turnover, with educational support programs for our collaborators and their families. As strategic partners to our clients, we are available 24 hours a day so they never stop.
