Services

It offers three main lines of services:

• Accounting Outsourcing: lower operating cost, savings in human resources expenses, temporary expert help, and risk reduction when handling confidential information.
• Financial Advisory: negotiation of credit terms with financial institutions, preparation of credit files, debt restructuring, projection of financial needs, and contact with banks in the country.
• Legal and Tax Advisory: civil and contract law, corporate law, tax law, and labor law.

Experience

The firm has experience in working capital financing, asset leasing, foreign trade financing, project evaluation, among others.

Team

Peter Choy, CEO: Business administrator with an MBA and MIB, specialized in finance, with over 20 years of business experience. He has led administration and finance areas in industrial and service companies, and teaches at the faculty of administration and finance at UPC.
