Samanez & Consultores is a boutique consulting firm focused on generating value for its clients. We started in 2013 with the aim of making possible the continuity of family businesses in Peru, providing strategic and financial advisory to achieve their professionalization and institutionalization.

Our History

We started in 2013 with the purpose of making possible the continuity of family businesses in Peru, providing strategic and financial advisory to achieve professionalization and institutionalization. Due to the need to generate tax efficiencies that positively impact the profitability of the companies we advise, we expanded the team to create accounting, tax, and labor strategies, implementing them ourselves and allowing our clients to focus on growing without worrying about support.

Mission: Understand the client and their business, with the aim of developing tailored solutions and implementing them through a professional team that generates efficiencies and timely information for decision-making.

Vision: Contribute so that the level of companies that pass to a second generation in Peru reaches 40%.

Professional Staff

Ricardo Samanez: Founding Partner. Professional with more than 18 years of experience. MBA from IESE – PAD, postgraduate studies in Strategic Human Factor Management, Operations, and Logistics at EOI – UPC Business School, further training in Innovation & Leadership and Organizational Strategy at MIT. He served as a senior executive at BCP, Yobel, and advised companies such as Grupo Pana, Pacífico Peruano Suiza, Telefónica del Perú, Unique Intl., among others.

Julio Lagos Lagos: Partner since 2019. Professional with more than 20 years of experience. Certified Public Accountant, Master's in Taxation from UNAC, Specialization in IAS – IFRS and Corporate Finance. He served as General Accountant for a transnational company with Brazilian capital and in companies in the food sector.
