• Executive Search: exhaustive search of the potential market, offering clients tools for decision-making in their hiring. One-year guarantee.
• First Line: oriented to designs that improve corporate structure, from Boards of Directors to directors and key figures. Includes mappings with organizational charts, coaching and Assessment Center.
• Mappings: detailed research of company structures, identification of relevant candidates and analysis of interconnections between areas.
• Comprehensive Evaluations (in-person / online): competency-based evaluation to complement selection processes, understand the candidate's profile and potential, and define action plans.
• Assessment Center: individual or group tool for personnel selection, identification of potential and training needs, and decision-making for internal movements.
