Who are we?

PMS Development is a Peruvian company that provides services in Project Management, Construction Supervision, Technical Consultancy and Real Estate, as well as BIM (Building Information Modeling) since 2004. We are the coordinating entity between the client and all professionals, institutions and third parties involved in the process.

Service Details

Project Management: We generate value through the planning and development of building projects. Our project management and direction methodology is based on experience and focuses on protecting the client's interests, avoiding delays, costs and improving the functionality of the project.

Construction Supervision: We supervise with rigor the optimization of cost, quality, deadlines and safety in the execution of construction projects. We control and monitor the compliance with the technical and administrative aspects established in the construction contract, with the objective of achieving a successful project completion.

Technical Direction of Construction: We direct construction projects led by teams of professionals with extensive experience, allowing us to execute projects with the highest possible reliability. We guarantee the correct execution of the construction in time, cost and quality, supervising and directing our clients' suppliers.

Engineering: We develop technical engineering documents in all its specialties, with high quality standards. It includes the development of architecture and engineering at a detailed level, the compatibility of the same, and the obtaining of the plans that make up the file for the execution of the construction.
