We have qualified workers and experts in surface preparation, application of rubber coatings, and vulcanization technique. Our mission is to offer comprehensive services in coating, metallurgy, engineering, maintenance, and concessions, prioritizing quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Services

• Hot rubber lining: own autoclave for vulcanizing pulleys, spools, ducts, propellers, chutes, wheels, rotors, shafts, supports, beams, pipe tops, and frames.
• Cold rubber lining: for elements installed in the field or of large dimensions, such as tanks, cells, chutes, and screens.
• Manufacturing of metal structures: carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized; pipe supports, structural profiles, industrial warehouses, inserts, and anchor bolts.
• Manufacturing of pipes: different diameters and thicknesses according to customer requirements.
• Other services: polyurethane lining, rubber-ceramic, maintenance of tanks and chutes during plant shutdowns.

Products

We manufacture and sell our own epoxy putty and rubber rolls (natural and neoprene).

Machinery and quality control

We have a precise rubber dosing area, a mill for mixing and laminating, an autoclave for vulcanization, and measuring equipment such as a roughness gauge, durometer, thermohygrometer, thickness gauge, and holiday detector.
