Basecamptours Nepal

Trekking and adventure trips in Nepal

Basecamptours Nepal arranges trekking, hiking, adventure and pilgrimage itineraries in Nepal and Tibet. Its catalogue includes Everest Base Camp, the Everest route with Gokyo Lakes, Annapurna Base Camp and shorter treks, alongside guided tours and expeditions. The company says it has operated since 2014 and has offices in Nepal and India. Sample itineraries list trip duration and indicative prices so travellers can compare routes before requesting a plan.

Himalayan routes and tour options

The website groups trips by region and activity, with categories for Everest and Annapurna treks, short hikes, Nepal tours, Tibet tours, helicopter trips, yoga retreats and pilgrimage journeys such as Kailash Mansarovar and Muktinath. It also lists cultural, wildlife and sightseeing itineraries, including Chitwan. Route length, altitude, transport and accommodation differ by package, so travellers should review the full itinerary and ask about acclimatisation, permits and seasonal conditions.

Guides, drivers and trip preparation

Basecamptours says it works with its own full-time guides and drivers, who speak English, and provides planning help before departure. The site has practical resources on choosing a trek, preparation, fitness, packing, insurance, visas and the best time to visit. Travellers can use those guides to prepare questions about equipment, meals, lodging, transfers, group size and the support available during a trek.

Enquiries and booking

The company invites visitors to contact an adventure specialist to discuss a trip and provides a booking and contact route on its website. Its listed Kathmandu office is on Z Street in Thamel, and it gives +91 744 744 2481 and support@basecamptours.com for enquiries. A written itinerary can confirm travel dates, inclusions, accommodation, guide and porter arrangements, permits and payment terms before a booking is finalised.
