Udan Aviation

Helicopter and aircraft charter

Udan Aviation advertises helicopter services from Dehradun, including pilgrimage trips and private charters. The website lists Char Dham journeys, corporate charter, light jets, turboprops and other aircraft options. It also presents flower-dropping and air-ambulance services. These are distinct services with different aircraft, route and approval requirements, so an enquiry should specify the purpose, passengers and intended travel dates.

Pilgrimage planning

A helicopter pilgrimage involves weather, landing-site permissions, baggage limits and a schedule that can change. Travellers should read the current itinerary carefully, including transfers, accommodation if any, reporting time and cancellation rules. The company provides availability and live-weather tools, though an online indication cannot guarantee a flight under changing conditions. Special mobility or medical needs should be discussed before payment.

Charter enquiry and safety

The site includes a contact number, email and a page about safety. A customer should request the exact aircraft type, operator details, included charges and contingency arrangements in writing. Prices shown as examples on the homepage may vary with route and date. Charter and pilgrimage travellers can discuss the exact flight and ground itinerary with the operator.
