Hockeyoffice

Hockeyoffice, an online hockey equipment retailer shipping from Germany

Hockeyoffice operates an online shop specialising in ice hockey and inline hockey equipment. The company presents itself as one of the biggest hockey dealers in Europe and describes its position as a hockey professional able to spot new trends and developments early. Its catalogue is organised around two main blocks, ice hockey and roller hockey, with a dedicated sale section and selections labelled Bestseller, Exclusive, New and Recommendations.

Product range across ice hockey and roller hockey

The shop covers the equipment needs of skaters, goaltenders, referees and coaches. The catalogue structure lists the following categories:

• Helmets, plus helmet cages, visors and shields
• Shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey gloves, pants and skater pants, jocks and undergarments, shin guards
• Ice hockey skates, roller hockey skates, wheels and bearings
• Ice hockey sticks, replacement blades and shafts, pucks, balls and street pucks
• Textiles, functional underwear and team clothing, equipment bags
• Goalie products, and equipment for referees and coaches
• Goals, laces, bottles, screws, and neck and tooth protection

Among the brands named in the catalogue are Bauer, CCM, Warrior, Vaughn, Sherwood and Instrike, alongside own-labelled items such as FaceOff apparel and Instrike accessories. Listed products span senior, intermediate and youth sizes, and include sticks with specified flex and length, goalie leg pads and catch gloves, and carry bags.

Warehouse, dispatch and delivery

The company states that it ships from Germany and maintains a large hockey warehouse with many products in stock. According to its own information, in-stock items are usually ready for dispatch within 36 hours, and many orders reach customers within three to four working days. Delivery is offered to Ireland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and other European countries, in addition to the markets listed in the shop's country selector: Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Ordering conditions and pricing

The shop advertises no minimum order value and fixed shipping costs, so a customer ordering one parcel or several pays shipping only once. It also states that there is no extra shipping surcharge for hockey sticks. Prices are shown as final prices without hidden extra charges, and the company notes that deliveries within the EU include statutory VAT, while for Switzerland the applicable costs have already been paid in advance so that only the amount in the shopping cart is due, aside from possible currency conversion fees charged by the bank or card provider. For other non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.

Crossed-out prices are described as the manufacturer's or a European dealer's recommended retail prices at the time the product was added to the shop, or the new target price under old standards before 30 April 2023. The company also indicates that product prices and postage costs are target prices, and that for non-euro currencies payment provider fees and conversion rates may add further costs.

Returns and team discounts

Hockeyoffice offers a 60-day return period after receiving an order. It also applies volume-based discounts aimed at teams: 4% from an order value of €300 and 6% from €600. A separate discount scale shown on the site lists 2% at €600 and 4% at €1,000.

Service areas and local stores

Beyond the online catalogue, the site's navigation includes sections for availability, shipping and payment, product assistance, order revocation, service, contact, newsletter and battery recycling, as well as a link to local stores and to a related site, Hockeyzentrale. A newsletter is offered with new offers and information sent by email.
