Who We Are

Democracy Brewing is Boston's first worker-owned brewery. Since 2018, we have been brewing quality craft beer with carefully selected ingredients and methods that bring out the best in every style. We believe the dream of owning your own business should be within everyone's reach, and that those who work should enjoy the benefits and pride that come with ownership.

Beer and Food

Every beer we brew is made in-house with care, from Kölsch to IPA, using quality ingredients. As for food, we offer scratch-made dishes, such as handmade tortillas and our definitive burger, combining traditional techniques with local ingredients.

Locations

Democracy Brewing is expanding across Boston and New England, bringing its model of worker ownership, craft beer, and community mission to more neighborhoods. Each new location creates vibrant gathering places with scratch-made food and great beer. Locations:

• City Hall Beer Garden (outdoor brewery location)
