La Abadía

La Abadía is a craft brewery and tapas restaurant set in a former 16th-century cellar in Toledo's historic quarter, near the church of San Nicolás. The maze of underground brick-and-stone rooms is part of its charm.

It is a good place to try Toledan tapas such as carcamusas —the city's typical stew— along with its own craft beer and a menu of shared plates. It works both for standing tapas and for sitting down to eat.
