Pastelería Limón y Menta

Limón y Menta is an artisan pastry shop in central Segovia, on Calle Isabel la Católica, steps from the Plaza Mayor, working as both a café and a workshop. It is one of the references to try freshly made ponche segoviano.

Alongside the ponche —sponge with cream, marzipan, and toasted sugar— it makes traditional Castilian pastries such as mantecados, yemas de Santa Teresa, and rosquillas. Being both café and workshop, it is a comfortable place to sit and taste it.
