Dream Journey Yachting

Yacht charters across the Mediterranean

Dream Journey Yachting is a Croatia-based charter agency founded in 2009. It helps travellers choose motorboats, sailing yachts, catamarans, luxury yachts and gulets for trips around the Mediterranean. Its search allows comparison by date, country, region, base, yacht type and cabin count. A boat suitable for a couple’s short coastal break may be very different from one needed for a larger group or a multi-week route, so the number of berths and the intended sailing area should guide the first shortlist.

Destinations and ways to sail

The agency lists charters in Croatia, Greece, Spain, Italy, France and Turkey. Travellers can ask about bareboat, skippered and fully crewed arrangements. Bareboat hire requires the appropriate qualifications and experience, while a skipper can handle navigation and local conditions. A crewed trip may add services and costs beyond the vessel itself. Before choosing a base, a guest should consider sailing distances, weather patterns, marina access and what time the yacht must be returned.

Extras, insurance and planning

Alongside boat rental, Dream Journey Yachting advertises transfers, food and drink delivery, skipper services, insurance, a sailing school and water toys. These extras can affect the overall price and the preparation needed at the marina. A traveller should request a full offer that separates the charter fee, deposit, fuel, marina charges, cleaning and optional equipment. The vessel’s inventory, insurance excess and cancellation conditions should be clear before payment, especially for a family or group booking.

Enquiring about a particular boat

The agency provides a booking email and Croatian phone number and describes itself as a boutique charter broker. A helpful enquiry can include travel dates, preferred coast, number of guests, sailing qualifications and an approximate budget. If a first-choice vessel is unavailable, those details allow the team to suggest another model or base. Before departure, guests can confirm the operator, exact meeting point, check-in time, safety briefing and contact procedure for an issue while at sea.
