Product sourcing and supplier coordination

FriendDropshipping works with ecommerce sellers seeking products from manufacturers in China. Its sourcing service describes comparing suppliers and prices, coordinating factory communication, arranging samples and checking product specifications. Customers can submit a request describing the product, target cost and requirements; the company says its agent provides a quotation and can share product photos or arrange a sample for review before an order proceeds.

Quality checks and order preparation

The service menu includes product inspection, inventory management, custom packaging and fulfillment. The company describes checking goods before they leave China and coordinating production follow-up with suppliers. Sellers can discuss packaging instructions and quality criteria before stock is prepared. A written service scope should specify inspection coverage, acceptable tolerances, rework responsibility and any costs associated with samples, storage or rejected goods.

Shopify fulfillment and international shipping

FriendDropshipping presents itself as a China-based Shopify fulfillment partner, with an app connection for store authorization and order processing. Its listed services include warehouse storage, parcel preparation and worldwide shipping, alongside print-on-demand and product categories such as apparel, beauty and pet products. Shipping routes, delivery estimates and customs charges vary by destination and item, so merchants should confirm those details for the countries they serve.

How a project proceeds

The website outlines a sequence beginning with an enquiry, followed by a quotation, product or sample review, confirmation of product quality and shipping method, and factory coordination. Once the shop is connected, the service can manage inventory and dispatch orders to customers. FriendDropshipping lists a Yiwu, Zhejiang location, the email cassielsupporter@frienddropshipping.com and weekday and Saturday contact hours. Sellers can use the enquiry route to confirm minimum quantities, fees and account requirements.
