Kitchen line

For the kitchen, the catalogue lists kitchen faucets alongside beverage faucets, bar faucets, kitchen soap dispensers and pot filler faucets, as well as commercial kitchen faucets. The sink offer includes kitchen sinks, drop-in sinks, laundry sinks and commercial sinks. Vanities also appear as a separate category within the product menu.

Installation and renovation

Beyond retail, Taps Depot offers installation services and undertakes complete bathroom and kitchen renovations. The company describes its installers as experienced professionals and frames the service as covering the whole project, from product selection through to fitting and remodelling. The site also includes a dedicated renovation section and a store locator.

Purchasing and customer service

The site separates its contact channels by purpose: a customer service line for order status, a toll-free number, a separate line described as being only for placing orders, and distinct email addresses for customer service and for the sales department. It also lists in-store pickup, shipping options, returns and exchanges, and payment options as support information for buyers.
