Artika

Artika: Canadian online lighting and home fixtures

Artika is a Canadian retailer and designer of lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, operating primarily through its online store at artika.ca. The company presents its catalogue as a way to equip homes and workspaces with pieces that combine design, functionality and energy efficiency. Its product range covers both indoor and outdoor applications, and the site allows shopping by category or by room.

Lighting collections

The lighting assortment includes pendant lights, flush mount and semi-flush mount lights, bathroom vanity lights, wall sconces, chandeliers, outdoor wall lights, under-cabinet lights, string lights, floor lamps and table lamps. The catalogue also groups products by specific needs such as sloped ceilings, height-adjustable fixtures and dimmable options. A dedicated section for indoor and outdoor ceiling fans includes models with integrated light, known as fandeliers, as well as replacement remotes.

Beyond lighting: wall panels, mirrors and sinks

In addition to lighting, Artika offers wall panels, including the Lumilok system for Sonolok wall panels, LED bathroom mirrors, cosmetic makeup mirrors, kitchen and bath sinks, and shower caddies. These categories extend the company's home improvement offer beyond illumination.

Shop by room

The website organises part of its catalogue by room, with sections for kitchen and dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway, basement, garage, kids and playroom, and outdoor. This structure helps customers find fixtures suited to each space.

Product example: Benson Mini LED pendant

The site highlights the Benson Mini LED pendant light 5 CCT, described as having an exotic appearance with a rattan weave, designed to complement eclectic interiors. It is presented as a warm focal point for a kitchen island, reading nook or bedside table, casting textured shadows.

Artika operates an online store with a flat shipping rate of $9 across Canada and states that most orders are received within 3 to 9 business days. The company offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. It also provides a 5-year warranty on its products, according to the site's meta description. Customer service is available by phone and email, and the site includes resources such as a help center, instruction manuals, replacement spare parts, product registration and a blog.
