Nutrition Balance

Nutrition Balance: portion-controlled meal delivery for weight loss across Canada

Nutrition Balance is a Canadian-owned meal delivery service focused on weight loss. It prepares chef-cooked, portion-controlled meals that arrive ready to eat, and presents its approach as eating the foods customers already enjoy in smaller, healthier portions rather than following a restrictive diet. The company describes itself as the top-rated weight loss meal delivery service in North America, a claim that reflects its own presentation.

Weekly meal plans and pricing

The core offer is a weekly subscription with flexible renewals and no long-term commitment, allowing customers to pause or stop at any time. Two plan lengths are listed: a 5-day plan from $144.99 per week and a 7-day plan from $164.99 per week, with meals starting at $7.86 each. The site advertises free snacks included, no hidden fees and free shipping on full meal plans in Ontario and Quebec only; individual meals and orders from other provinces carry a shipping fee. It also states that customers can lose up to 20 lbs in one month.

Individual meals and custom options

For those not ready for a recurring plan, Nutrition Balance sells freshly cooked, portion-controlled meals individually, with no minimums and no recurring orders. Volume discounts of up to 20% apply when buying more. The site also references custom-built meal plans and a "suggest your price" option among its offerings.

How the service works

Meals are prepared, measured and packaged before delivery to the customer's door, which the company positions as a way to avoid shopping, cooking and cleaning up. The menu is described as offering a good selection of balanced meals. The site includes customer testimonials reporting weight loss over periods ranging from two weeks to three months, along with comments on taste, convenience and customer service; these are individual accounts rather than verified outcomes.

Delivery coverage and contact

Nutrition Balance delivers Canada-wide, with free shipping limited to full meal plans in Ontario and Quebec. The company handles inquiries by text message at (437) 294-6362 (SMS only) and by email at hello@nutritionbalance.ca. The site also lists financing plans among its policies.
