Arrivo Transfers

Private transfers from Sofia

Arrivo Transfers is a Bulgarian executive-transport service focused on airport pickups, private journeys and intercity travel. The company says Sofia is its primary service area, with routes to destinations elsewhere in Bulgaria and Europe. Its booking form asks for pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage. Those details are essential for choosing an appropriate vehicle and giving a meaningful quote, particularly for a cross-border trip or a group with bulky bags.

Airport collection and flight tracking

For airport transfers, Arrivo advertises flight monitoring and an adjusted pickup time if an incoming flight is delayed. The site says a driver will wait at an agreed meeting point and that the traveller receives instructions by phone, email or WhatsApp. Share the correct flight number and arrival terminal so the booking can be tracked. Confirm any waiting-time allowance, child-seat requirement and the exact vehicle capacity before departure; a car advertised for eight passengers may have less luggage space when full.

Other journeys and events

Beyond airport pickups, Arrivo lists intercity travel, day trips, corporate transport and journeys for weddings or other events. A longer booking should specify stops, waiting time, return trip and whether the price includes tolls or parking. For a company arranging several travellers, provide a passenger list and clear instructions about who can approve route changes. The service describes professional drivers and premium vehicles, but the exact vehicle should be confirmed on the quote.

Booking, payment and support

The website presents fixed pricing at booking and explains that customers can pay the full amount online or split payment between booking and driver under the current terms. It also offers 24-hour support and publishes email, phone and WhatsApp contacts. Before confirming, review cancellation, refund and no-show conditions and check that the written booking includes pickup and destination. For a late-night or early-morning transfer, verify the meeting point and support number in advance.
