PickPals describes itself as an Australian online lock-pick shop offering professional locksmith tools for hobbyists and experienced users. Its catalogue includes lock-pick sets, practice locks, bundles, bump keys, pick guns, bypass tools, tension tools, tubular lock picks, plug spinners, pinning kits, dimple picks, single picks, blank keys, cases and accessories. The site groups products by skill level and highlights beginner and professional selections.

Brands, bundles and learning resources

The store lists brands including Brockhage, Goso, HPC, Lab, Law Lock, Lishi, Multipick, Peterson, Southord and Sparrows. Beginners can explore sets, cases and bundles, while experienced locksmiths can browse individual tools and pinning kits. The website provides guides and books, a guide to choosing a gift bundle and a help centre. Products are intended for legitimate locksmithing, training and lock-sport activities; customers must follow applicable laws and use them only with authorisation.

Shipping and price-beat policy

PickPals advertises free delivery over AUD 99 and same-day dispatch, with express options available. It also promotes a price-beat guarantee and says it is Australian-owned with more than ten years of service. These are store policies and claims; the current terms, eligible products, shipping destination and dispatch cut-off should be checked before ordering.

Help centre and customer support

The help centre links to frequently asked shipping questions, refunds, coupons and discounts, a price-beat guarantee, testimonials and FAQs. Customers can search products, create an account, maintain a wishlist and contact the team through the site’s chat. The shop offers AUD, NZD, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR and SGD display currencies, while Australia was selected in the captured storefront.
